Hello, I’ll be quick with this.
So I was on my iPad when this first occurred on the 21st Oct 2018, Sunday, and I tapped on the MC app. Then, it loaded to the white screen going past the Mojang and Minecraft symbol. It then went to the aquatic menu SCREEN (no buttons to be seen) for a split second before going back to my iPad home screen. It is the 24th and still no luck. Anyone else?
