After the new update, I got on the Minecraft windows 10 edition and found this weird glitch with all of my chests. I don't know what happened. The dragon head and Item frames are also glitched and have distorted textures.
Edit: Another thing I've noticed is that every time I go on the world, it's a new thing that gets the bugged texture. a couple of minutes ago it was signs now its shulker boxes. It may also help to mention that it is on EDU mode.

A friend of mine had this problem, or a similar one, with distant landscapes rendering this way. She solved it by going into video settings and lowering the Anti-aliasing setting. I'm no expert, but it might be worth a try.
