[MCPE-38808] Maps don't align to grid

Level 0 map (see attachment) shows an entire cobblestone bridge. Level 1 map (attached too), on the other hand, shows half the same bridge.

This means both maps are not aligned on a grid.

EDITED (JIRA for mobile devices was awful and opened it as a Windows issue)
