When I was mining in my friends server, I was doing a single line mining tactic where I was mining two blocks in front of me. On occasion I would encounter gravel but everything seemed fine.
That was up until I encountered the most rage induced glitch on the planet.
This happened two times in a row where if there was lava below the cobblestone block I was stepping on and gravel happens to fall on me, instead of it pushing me out of the way, it would make me sink under the cobblestone black and make me die in the most unfair way possible.
If this could be fixed soon that would be great.

One of my friends mentioned this issue once, I tried to reproduce it on my Windows 10 PC, but I couldn't.
Possibly the reason I couldn't reproduce this issue was because my friend is in the beta and I am not, so it is possible that the reporter for this ticket is in the beta and marked the official release as affected.
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket has not been updated recently so is being closed as Cannot Reproduce. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines.

Could you elaborate more about the server you were playing on? Do you mean in a multiplayer game connected through Xbox live, a Realm, or a third party server?
Are you able to provide steps to reproduce the issue in a single-player or local multiplayer world?
