[MCPE-39023] Command Chain-Block Problems

Whenever setting off a chain of commands, Sometimes Subtitle Commands and Playsound Commands do not execute. These are the only two commands I have found. From what I know Command Chain Length has no effect on this from a users perspective.

Subtitle must be executed before or while a title is shown. Also make sure you are using the correct sounds

Already got it, Its actually random. It happens under certain circumstances which I am unable to identify

^^ I recall being able to show subtitles on their own in 1.2, but that's long gone.
