On that pic you can barely move so I cannot go anywhere near my guardian farm and if you stay in the farm for one minute the game freezes, crashes and then dash boards you
Don’t take this as negativeness... Just been on the new update for the beta and the frame rate has got even worse so was getting 23ms before and now it’s peaking at 39ms. Will wait till it’s fixed before I can deem it playable again
Please keep in mind that the value in ms is not the frame rate, but shows the server time (time to process all ticks by the server). This can increase by redstone or for example causing a lot of other block updates. Lowering the Simulation Distance can limit the ticked area around the player. (pencil icon next to your world -> Game -> Simulation Distance: X chunks).
For the not working FPS counter (in beta versions) please see: MCPE-30536.
Have you tried turning off Fancy Bubbles? Does it increase the frame rate?
(Settings -> Video -> Fancy Bubbles Disabled)
I tried it and the lag seems to have gone but when I loaded in I spawned in falling from the sky and died... went to get my tools etc which was seconds away from my spawn point, there was nothing there so maybe another bug?

Does it crash to the Xbox One dashboard? Or is the frame-rate just really bad?
I've also linked MCPE-39085 to the reported issue.
