What version were you on before it updated to 1.9? Did you join the 1.8 beta, or earlier? Do you mean to be on the beta at all?

On a shared PC, all users share a copy of the game. This means that if any user joins the beta program, all users will have the beta version, even if the other users didn't join the beta. If this is causing your problem, either the person who joined the beta will need to leave it, or the other users will have to join. It is not currently possible to have both beta and regular versions of the game on the same device.

had 1.7.1 (not beta) (windows 10 edition)

and I did not join 1.8 beta. there was no option to

I am complaining cuz I have no crossbow, no fruit trees, no foxes ect.

You don't have to turn on Experimental Gameplay to have crossbows, I just asked if you had. But note that even just opening your world in a beta prevents you being able to ever open it in 1.7 again (if you later decide to unenroll, for example), and because betas aren't fully debugged, there is also a risk that it will ruin your world even without Experimental Gameplay turned on. You are warned of these risks multiple times during the enrollment process.

Also, crossbows can have multiple enchantments. The only restriction is that they can't have both Multishot and Piercing. But if that's what you meant by your comment, the bug tracker is not the place to suggest changes; please use the Feedback site for that.

Again, crossbows are on the Equipment tab in Creative inventory, and in the Recipe Book (either in the inventory UI or the crafting table UI) in Survival mode if either (1) you have any of its ingredients (sticks, iron ingot, string, or tripwire hook) in your inventory, or (2) you set the toggle at the top right of the Recipe Book to the leftmost position. You can also find the crossbow by using the Search tab in either Creative inventory or the Recipe Book. (I asked earlier where you had looked but you didn't answer, so I still don't know if you are looking in the right place.)

If you are still unable to find the crossbow or its recipe, the most likely reason is that the app download was not completely successful. First, back up your worlds by exporting them, then uninstall Minecraft and reinstall it from the Store. You can then re-import your worlds.

If after reinstalling the game you still can't find the crossbow or its recipe, please attach screenshots of the Equipment and/or Search tab in either the Creative inventory or the Recipe Book showing that they are not there.

I looked in the equipment menu and there was no crossbow and I can not stack bamboo.  How do you get a screenshot anyway. Last time I checked there is no recipe book

Ok, I checked and expiremental gameplay has crossbows, but not on expiremental gameplay there is a pilliger spawn egg that spawns nothing. Also bamboo is placeable but not stackable on the ground. Also scaffolding is not ubtainable without expiremental gameplay.

If what you mean is that you can't place bamboo on top of a bamboo sapling, that is correct, but you can place it on the shoot that grows from the sapling.
Scaffolding is obtainable by crafting it from bamboo and string.

The pillager spawn egg is not available in the Creative inventory when Experimental Gameplay is off, so you should not be able to obtain one. If Experimental Gameplay was actually on, you were probably in Survival mode. Spawn eggs do not spawn anything when used by a player in Survival mode; this is intentional.

Many of the questions you've asked suggest that you're confused about some of the features in the 1.9 Beta releases. You might find it helpful to read this page on the Minecraft Wiki for a list of these features and links to the corresponding pages for the blocks and items. There you'll find information on how to obtain and use the blocks, as well as which ones require Experimental Gameplay to be enabled.

Of the various problems you reported, they all seem to have been misunderstandings leading to incorrect expectations. There are therefor no issues to report, so I am closing this ticket as Invalid. In the future, if you wish to report multiple issues, please make an individual report for each one. And of course, search first, as it's likely an issue has been reported previously.
