Every texture in the game seems to have been scaled by 2, This makes the game almost unplayable and is honestly painful to look at I assume this is a simple programming error but i don't know for sure. Hopefully this will get fixed soon because i want to screw around with the new items and the pandas.
Both resetting and restarting the game doesn't change anything but if you opt out of the beta version and then reinstall minecraft the game will revert to 1.7.1

I'm also getting the same thing I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and even tried going off of the beta version which changes nothing, I've even compared to the same version on a different pc which has no glitches at all to make sure settings were the same with no improvement, hope this can be fixed soon.
