NPCs are kinda different from education edition: they will die with /kill and they can be pushed. Also you need to re enter your world to make NPCs name and talk/edit button visible. (BTW , edit/talk button doesn't works)

However, this issue has been closed as Invalid.
NPCs aren't currently fully implemented in the [EDU] features on Bedrock.
