even when i open it using the store app it doesnt work

However, this issue has been closed as Invalid.
You may need to contact Mojang Customer Support or Windows Store Support.
It's possible that a reinstall of the game might help you though, if you wanted to try that and feel able.
Backup any data you don't want to lose, then:
Backup your MinecraftWorlds folder (if you want to save your worlds) (Device storage > games > com.mojang > minecraftWorlds)
Uninstall Minecraft
Delete the com.mojang folder (Device storage > games > com.mojang)
Reinstall Minecraft
Run Minecraft and if it works restore your MinecraftWorlds folder
Sometimes a clean install of the game will help with these kind of issues.
