When I download new skin packs from folders and or get skins from the shop. The hanger option shows the bottom skins but doesn't show the top two sections for skin options. I can't choose my capes skin that I just downloaded... Minecraft please fix this even though how little this report is. I love skins and capes. I love Minecraft.
