world dont have a Bamboo Jungle Hills biome?

The Bamboo Forest biome was added in 1.9.0.3, but requires that you turn on Experimental Gameplay. Also, bamboo forests will not generate in existing chunks, so you will only see them in a new jungle biome that you haven't previously visited, or in a previously unvisited section of a jungle you've already been to. Bamboo forests are also somewhat uncommon, so you may not find one even in a new jungle.

Note that turning on Experimental Gameplay enables features that have not been tested very well, and that may cause the game to crash or your world to be corrupted. To minimize the chance of data loss, the first time you open a world with Experimental Gameplay turned on, a copy of the world is made with "[EX]" added at the beginning of the world name. That is the world you want to open when you're looking for a bamboo forest.
