I cannot bread with some mobs.. even ones that i havent bread with before for a while.
If i try to bread with pets they just sit/stand
If i try to bread with farm mobs they just ignore it like they have just bread.
also some animals are in perma-love mode which i think its related.

I just tried to feed a Chicken in my Use Experimental Gameplay OFF world and the chicken followed me but would not eat the seed I had in my hand. So it seems that Use Experimental Gameplay ON or OFf has no effect on this bug.

I have the same problem. It apparently only occurs with Use Experimental Gameplay turned on, so far. I have only made 2 worlds with Experimental turned on and one off. I see a Pig, a Chicken, or Sheep with hearts coming out of it. Sometimes I can feed another of the same animal near the one with hearts some food and then they make a baby. But the animal that had the hearts coming out still has them after the baby comes out. But most times the animal won't take the food. They follow you while holding food but just don't eat it. The hearts appear to be random, most don't have hearts. I also tried to feed/tame a pair of ocelots. They took the food and displayed hearts but did not tame. They stayed Ocelots, not turn into cats.
