[MCPE-39839] Sometimes I sign in to my survival world my player is above the clouds above the spawn point and he falls to his death, then I am brought to my bed with nothing. Does anyone else have this issue?

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S9 plus and this issue started when minecraft updated to version 1.8.0.24 (the panda update). Sometimes when I sign in my character is at the top of the over world above the spawn point, he then falls to his death and I lose my stuff. I lost enchanted diamond equipment, I don't like cheating, but I'll replace my lost items when toolbox updates.
