When the inventory is full and I use a bucket it disappears, either placing or getting water.

I've had this problem too on iPad, 0.7.1 Buckets disappear on the map I created before 0.7.0 but not on the map that I created in 0.7.0
Quite frustrating, mining for ages to find iron, then waiting for the furnace to work, now the buckets are disappearing!
I discovered this as well. It appears to only happen to me if my inventory is otherwise full at the time that I try to use the full or empty bucket. If I have at least one empty slot at the time that I use the bucket, everything works normally.
EDIT: This was using the Amazon.com build on a Samsung Galaxy S III.
Yes, you're right Carl. This is still a problem though even if you have space in your inventory, because it's frustrating having to open your inventory every time you pick up some water to find the bucket. This happens on every map for me.
According to the wiki, it should of gone into your inventory.
