First, you removed my save game. I got it back but you had changed the spawn point and I didn't know.
I died and couldn't make it back in time to get my stuff. Because my spawn point changed without my knowledge.
THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SPAWN DROP ISSUE SO PLEASE DO NOT MARK THIS AS ALREADY REPORTED.
This is a spawn CHANGE issue. I was NOT dropped from the sky. But I did have that happen once. My spawn point CHANGED. I was supposed to respawn near my spawn point... the one that I set up, not the one you changed it to.
I lost a lot of good stuff thanx.

Also your original report did not explain that the game mistakenly thought your specified spawn point was obstructed
Can you tell a bit more about what happened?
Did you manually set your spawn point in this world (world spawn), or did you set your spawnpoint with a bed?
When you died, did you see a death message multiple times?
Is that spawn position now permanent or did you spawn there once? (you can try this with a copy of the world)
Are you sure you are enrolled into the beta version 1.9.0.3 as supplied on this ticket and MCPE-40004?
(Keep in mind beta versions can be unstable and are for testing purposes)

I have never had a problem with using beds to set the spawn point.
I believe it was caused when my game disappeared and then came back later.
When I died, I saw one message so I hit "respawn"
My spawn points seem permanent, I continue to spawn there until I move it.
Yes, I am in beta 1.9.03
My save game has disappeared again.
at the startup the game spawned me 50 meters up in the air in the middle of no where. then I fell, died and lost my stuff then re-spawned back at my house with no way to recover my things. this has happened several times.
