Piston heads can become waterlogged.

I was trying to build a soul sand and magma block elevator with a block swapped but when I tried the elevator out the piston head became waterlogged and broke the Redstone circuit at the bottom of the elevator. I am not sure if piston heads atre supposed to be waterlogged as of the update aquatic but if they are meant to be waterlogged it would make sense if they weren't waterloggable.
