When trident is enchanted with riptide and it we have turned on paper dolland troughting it in raing weather it's animation willn't appear. Also if we look person from other way and trought trident, person haven't hand lifting animation.

This was fixed in 1.13, however it uses the same animation as a normal trident. There used to be a different animation for riptide. See MCPE-49984.
