Redstone Torchs incorrect texture

Could you attach a screenshot of the issue?

Were you using any resource packs or behavior packs?

dont using any addons or resource packs.

Could you provide any steps to reproduce this? I am currently in the 1.9.0.3 but I don't have this issue.

but i found this bug on my "Wiko View Max" phone.

Are you able to recreate this bug or was it gone after restarting?
And if possible, could you also check if there are other blocks that could be affected?(or is it exclusively torches?)

redstone torch only. (other block are correct)
