'The software was closed because an error occured' message and crash when copying world. Does not seem to affect every world, but affects multiple on the console, unsure what correlations is between affected worlds and ones that aren't, sorry. All worlds tested on (crash and non crash during copy) are survival.
Steps to reproduce:
Go to world settings
Scroll down to copy world button
Hit button and wait
Crash
Not sure if relevant but always crashes when at same place on rotating splash screen - panda on back in sandbank brown cat and white cat looking up at camera, silver cat just coming into view underneath right corner. It always crashes here.
Hopefully someone knows why this is happening, and i can revert to an earlier save and avoid doing what I'm doing that causes this, or it will be fixed in an update

This was also not fixed in the 1.9 Update - World size of 282.1 mb no crash, World size of 2.89.3 crash.
I feel like I can't play minecraft safely without being able to back up, so haven't been able to play. An acknowledgement or advice from a mod would be nice but that's probably too late and this has fallen into oblivion

Updated to 1.10 and tried to copy before playing, it failed as before. Then I played for a while, saved and tried to make a copy, it worked this time! It works for me, has it been fixed?

According to the change log - this has been fixed as of 1.10. I can confirm it has worked for me

The last time I was able to copy my world was just before the 1.8.0 update. Sometime after 1.8.0 update I could no longer copy world.
First time I got error about low space even though I had a lot. I deleted old saves and I no longer got the low space error.
Now when I try to copy this one world, it almost instantly jumps to 40% or 41% then hangs for approximately 60 seconds and either kicks me back to previous menu or completely crashes and returns me to main switch menu.
Save size is 362.0 MB on Switch
No change after 1.8.1 update.
