Solving missing quasi

I understand that the developers explained why they're not adding quasi into bedrock, but this is a request to solve that in a simple and clean way:

To fix missing quasi connectivity, we could add an option in the world settings in bedrock to "toggle quasi connectivity". This will allow people to use quasi connectivity while not breaking current contraptions on bedrock. Please consider this feature as I think that this is a clean way of introducing BUDs intro bedrock.
