[MCPE-40465] Unable to sign in on iOS.

My friend is on an iPad, I'm on a Surface Pro 4. We want to play Minecraft together. We can't sign in onto Xbox Live on the iPad. We have tried deleting Minecraft. The green screen doesn't even come up at all.

But I haven't seen anything about this online when I searched on Bing. Nothing came up about the new update.

When we press sign in on the screen that occurs the first time you install Minecraft, It didn't come up with the green screen, it just said Signing into Xbox Live.

We closed the app then reinstalled it. But it just said signing into Xbox live in the bottom corner, not sign in. It has happened with two of my friends. Their usernames (If required) are ArielGaming255 & unicornbasil123.

It doesn't work on all iPads, not just iPad Air 2.

For me it’s strange because i can sign up im on IOS ( Ipad Air 2)

Make sire you have the Xbox live app installed on both devoces (iPad and your windows OS)

and try to sign up.

It's working on the Windows, not the iOS.

I have the same problem on iPad 2018. I cannot connect neither in the Xbox live nor in the marketplace . Also the same problem occurs in the Xbox live app . I cannot connect there . My account is okay and the internet connection too.
