[MCPE-40591] Error with russian translation of Minecraft PE/Win 10 Ed item.

It might be: "Сердце моря", not: "Серце моря". Call russian translator, If you find that isn't an error.

The spelling error has not been corrected. Hearth of the Sea still named «Серце моря» in Russian (v1.14.1).

Anyway there are too many errors in the Bedrock translation, so correcting or not correcting the only one will not change anything 😒
