[MCPE-40639] The top block of a source block powered by Soul Sand does not spread

In an attempt to build a water elevator the end of the water does not travel out 7 blocks like it is meant to. It is a source block, if I put a block underneath the source block the water updates and spreads as is intended.

I think bubble "bubble column" was the only search turn I didn't think to use. Thanks you so much! I knew there had to have already been a report I just couldn't find it.
