Game kills you off when you log on

When you log on with the Nintendo switch and iOS and Xbox one. It will say that the player has joined and then it says that the player falls from a height but they have not moving you loose all your items and all your experience points. I am very annoyed it also happens when you are walking.Fixed it as when it happens nobody wants play it fix it before you loose your audience thanks
