when i open up minecraft, the program crashes as soon as it gets onto the 'mojang' screen to load. I have undownloaded the program and then downloaded it again but this problem keeps occuring.

Are you able to grab a screenshot/photo/video of what the Mojang screen looks like before it crashes? We have added a loading bar that shows us what is being loaded, that can help us try and ascertain what the problem might be.

We have exactly the same problem on our xbox console. Opens with the Mojang white screen then immediately closes
