Zombies do not render correctly

So I loaded a world completely normally on my Android version of MCPE, and everything looked fine up until a certain point. I had a minigame (a tower defense game) that used villagers and zombies to function. I loaded the world today, 28th January 2019, and everything looked the same as the day before until the zombies spawned in. 

For whatever reason, the zombie texture seems to only apply to the head of the zombie, turning them into these weird, floating orb things, with the face on the top of the head. At first I thought this was a visual bug or something to do with a texture pack, so I reloaded the world and turned off my texture pack. Turns out it seems to be something with the game causing it, as I restarted several times to get the same result. I even created a new world to find the zombies were still bugged out. I have included some screenshots below showing this bizarre bug. One screenshot shows the same world settings proving that texture packs (resource packs) are off and set to default.

Please fix this as soon as possible!
