My friends Minecraft is not working. Her skin is invisible and it won’t let her change it and it won’t show up on servers and she is very frustated and she wants to be able to use her skin but it won’t show up when she adds it

There aren't really enough details here to reproduce the issue you are describing - based on the comment above it sounds like ti could be the same issue as MCPE-37926.

Edit:ignore this post, this is a specific fix only if you already have a custom skin equipped.
I had this issue too. Workaround: double tap close it. Hanged the skin, and return to menu. Double tap close again. When you next go in it will be changed. Still needs to be fixed though.
