Icons are positioned up and a little bit on the left:
[media]
As a workaround, adjusting the screen safe area will help with this:
Load Minecraft, then go to: Settings → Video → Change Screen Safe Area. You can then adjust the screen safe area which will prevent the icons from being cut off the edge of the screen.
