Whenever i join a world/realm ijoin and then afew seconds later my inventory and hotbar disappear. I've restarted minecraft , forced it to stop, restarted my tablet and signed out of xbox and back in nothing works.

It's the resource pack, I presume. If you have any screenshots where you're not using a resource pack and are still having this issue, then it's likely something going on in the game itself. If you disable the resource pack and it's still happening, I'd suggest uninstalling then reinstalling the game.
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket has not been updated recently so is being closed as Cannot Reproduce. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines.
