Village decoration generating on path block doesn't update the path block

This does happen in the latest builds. I will be posting a seed and coordinates soon.

Seed:-638562592 Then teleport to 1021 71 143 and you may see grass that has not updated and broke nor does the path turn into dirt. Will look for a better example.
