Ever since I got the game a while ago, achievements haven't been working. I've clocked in over 100 hours on the game, most of them on an achievement-eligible survival world. The achievements don't only unlock on the Xbox app, but ingame too. None of the bars are progressing or anything is happening at all.
I've contacted Microsoft support regarding the issue and they couldn't work it out. I've tried everything related to the Xbox app. (Resetting login info, resetting Microsoft Store, redownloading the game, launching the game from the Xbox app, etc.). The only solution online I've found is to enable a certain Service which doesn't seem to be available on my system, I simply don't have it.
I'm running Windows 10, almost a fresh profile, with only Cortana disabled. Latest version of the game (1.9.0), though this has been happening since 1.8.0 when I got the game.
The game was bought as a retail code and activated on the Microsoft Store. The Xbox Live service successfully logs into the game every time and I'm fully able to play online, cross-platform and all.

I’m playing on mobile and have the same problem, it shows that I have made progress but it never actually gives me the achievement(s)
Having this issue on Xbox. I understand that this post is for Windows, but I have tried a lot to fix this issue and nothing has worked.
On Windows 10, Make sure you have Connected User Experiences and Telemetry service active and set to Automatic. If it is not running, achievements will not show up.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. Yeah I'm having same problem none are advancing on Windows 10 they work on mobile and Xbox but not PC
