After updating Minecraft of Nintendo Switch to version 1.9.0, scenes where fps is extremely lowered now occur.
This is the same in TV mode and mobile mode, it is a problem not occurring in version 1.8.1.

Same here. Even with everything turned down, the game chugs. I'm glad I still have access to the Switch Edition, although I'm afraid my BFF was not as fortunate.
Been having the same problem. If I turn everything down to its lowest option then it plays smooth, but it definitely jumps around with higher options
