Stuck in end gateway portal now cant load world

I threw an ender pearl into the small 1x1 portal to get back to the inner island where the ender dragon spawns and got trapped in bedrock and my coordinates kept changing from the outer island to the inner. Tried everything I could think of (shoot arrow, swing sword, and placing blocks) closed out of the game. Tried to reload the world and now my world wont even start at all. Very sad, please help. I spent so much time on this world and it would really help to have a fix that doesnt mean starting all over, I just got my first elytra
