[MCPE-42267] Banners have to be dyed twice in windows 10

I dyed a banner with a black dye but nothing seems to change except when you hover the cursor over it shows that its dyed. then my brother joined the world from an android phone and he seems to be seeing it. I have to dye the banner twice to see the design that I dyed first.

but my brother sees that I have died it twice. its something wrong with the windows 10 edition.

Still the problem is there in Windows 10 edition
The first layer of the banner is invisible until you due another layer
