Every time I do anything like moving my mouse on my mousepad or pressing any button of my keyboard I have to wait about 0.5 seconds until my action gets performed. I only have this problem on Minecraft: Windows 10 while other programs/games like the Java Edition of Minecraft run clean.
I already tried restarting, relogging, reinstalling, rebooting my PC,... nothing helped - Even an AntiVirus Scan did not help.
This bug is now pretty old - like 4 months and I'd really like to get it fixed - Can anyone help?

I already tried changing them but it didn't help - although my mouse and my keyboard work fine everywhere else.

it probably has something to do with what kind of keyboard and mouse you're using
