Custom skin is not available

Attempting to apply any custom skin that was available in previous versions will cause the game to crash. At first, I tried to launch the game, but failed to start up and crashed. Next, I reinstalled the game. Then the launch was successful but the problem I reported this time occurred. It is hard to think that this problem is a problem on the PC side. Before updating it was available without problems. In addition, the same problem was reported on another net which anything will be posted, and it's unresolved. It seems to be a problem of the game side.
