Ender pearl glitch in the end. Blackout screen. Cannot finish loading process when trying to enter world.

Please help. I went into the end, killed several enderman to collect their ender pearls. Tossed the pearl DIRECTLY into the portal (one block away) to the flying ship area and shulkers. The screen turned black so I panicked and exited. When I tried to reenter the world, the game would load until the bar was all the way loaded, but will not complete the loading process. 

I worked hard on this world and will not continue playing if this is not fixed. I've tried hard resets, closing the game, uninstalling the game and reinstalling it. Went to settings and cleared saved files. (which did not delete any of the worlds). I dont know what to do.
