Won’t let me craft a Grindstone

Won’t let me craft a grindstone.

Recipe book told me I need a block called tile4.minecraft.double.stone.slab.block.

Does not exist 

I tried mining a double stone slab block with silk touch. Didn’t work.

I want one in my survival world. Please help.
