I don't know if this is a glitch or a feature but ghast fireballs are sometimes turning green. Here is a video, ignore the voice it was a failed recording attempt LOL:

The world has never had a singe behaviour or texture pack on it. Even with 1.10 textures it's still happening. Sorry it took so long to reply.
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket has not been updated recently so is being closed as Cannot Reproduce. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines.
