[MCPE-42633] Wandering Traders do not use invisibility potions and milk buckets

Wandering traders don't drink invisibility potions during night time, and they don't use milk buckets when it's sunrise.

They haven't added these functionalities, and I think that not drinking the potion at the night time is intentional, since the trader only drinks the potion when there is a hostile mob next to it

1.11.0.3 got released and the traders now drink the invisibility potion but they use it when a hostile mob is near, so you maybe right.
