[MCPE-42682] The game Pet Shop won’t download after purchase

Purchased the “pet shop” from the in game store. It won’t download. Hangs while attempting download.

Can someone tell me how to fix this? My daughter got it last weekend and it keeps trying to load and then takes us out of the app each time. She has version 1.11.1.
