This bug is happening to me too. It won't download any updates or new content. This is affecting me on an Xbox One.

migrated

Me too  i had a texture pack on a few days ago and noticed it took it off .  Then today i have been trying to play maps that i have brought from the marketplace and they either crash minecraft or just go back to previous screen.

[Mojang] Mega_Spud (Jay)

Is this issue still occurring for anyone after the 1.8.0 update? If so, could you please add any more information which might help us reproduce the problem?

migrated

Yes.  I have 1.8.0 and when I buy something from the marketplace it just says downloading and the progress bar hasn't moved.  It has been like this for a couple of days.  This is on my Xbox One.  I have restarted the game and the console and nothing has helped.

migrated

. This happened to me too. However it is on mcpe. I have deleted and reinstalled the app but nothing has changed

migrated

It happens to me to!It is annoying because now I can’t download the Christmas free packs!

migrated

This was happening for me on MCPE 1.8.0. I closed the app and cleared the cache within Android settings and I was able to restart the download.

migrated

Same issue with ios with version 1.8.0. Looks like the skin dowload works but not the world. The pack status is stuck in Downloading as mentioned above. Tried uninstall and reinstall but did not help. The purchase was made yesterday morning. Attempted to download the free winter pack today but same issue; skins would be avalaible but not the world. Tried the ´Restore’ button in th store. No luck.

migrated

Same for me..

migrated

I am experiencing this as well. I tried to resolve the issue by uninstalling and reinstalling the packs, and then the game, but nothing has worked. It shows the packs are purchased, but they will not install.

migrated

The bug still occurs on Xbox One in 1.8, has been happening to me since 1.6, My best guess is that it happens because one item gets stuck perpetually downloading (As for how, I have no clue), and that item gets prioritized by the game, locking other items in a perpetual downloading state. An easy fix would (probably) be to stop all downloads upon opening and closing the game. This would cause any perpetual downloads to cease, fixing the issue.

migrated

I have had the issue several times on iOS and the only solution seems to be deleting the game  and reinstalling as there is no way to clear the download cache.

migrated

This happened to me with the Norse mythology pack on iOS.

migrated

I have the same problem.  I just bought a bundle and every item in the bundle is stuck at "downloading", even items that were previously purchased & dowloaded.

ThatJadon_26

OMG same as me and i reported it and it has BEEN A WEEK!!

ThatJadon_26

@Eric Hines If you do so, you will want to have xbox live and/or download your worlds that are downloaded or created to safely keep them from being deleted.

I purchased the City Mashup Pack for my daughter the day before yesterday.  The iPad screen says "Purchase in progress, this shouldn't take long".  But it never downloads.  I have tried restarting the iPad and looking for updates.  When I go back into Minecraft and select Purchase City Mashup pack again, it says the item has already been purchased and it will download for free, but it never downloads.

i think that you guys either don't have enough space make sure you at least have a 1 gb or 900/800 mb for use and also if your device model is too old it wil cause bugs. 2016/2017/2018 models are fine maybe 2015 are too but not too sure |

I've found a fix so it will erase all data of the game but i'm not sure if it'll work use at your own RISK it SHOULD IF U PERFORMED CORRECTLY

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

read this for WINDOWS 10 users https://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/support/minecraft-bedrock-support/2839413-mash-up-downloading-issue

the last comment that tells you how to fix it if your on mobile/android  find your game directory called games, now make sure u copy and paste that games folder with com.mojang idk if its called games should be, paste it somewhere like in another folder. So u have a backup once deleted the main games folder from your device, has to do with app issues! So delete 'games' folder not backup and make sure u close Minecraft in the app switcher! so when u r done open Minecraft and sign in to your Xbox live and download desired item and than to restore worlds >>> exit Minecraft and go inside backup into whatever folder until you find 'minecraftWorlds' and go into that select all worlds in that folder and paste in main 'games' folder into 'minecraftWorlds' folder make sure u don't paste it in the backup in the MAIN ONE! and delete the back up if don't need it or if it's causing less space.

IOS USERS/I phone/I pad etc

Make sure you have a computer/jailbroken (doesn't have to be jailbroken)

please install a program called iMazing from https://imazing.com/download

install Windows or mac what ever you have once installed and it asks install required/updated apple versions say cancel/no bc it takes forever! So open iMazing with idevice plugged in. It should ask you to purchase it or activation but u dont need to! just click later when prompted. Click on your device on the left bar and on right bar scroll down until u see manage apps click it and itll load and have device unlocked ant trust computer make sure u have iTunes installed for iMazing to work | So when it prompts app manager etc click devices instead of library and right click mcpe and click backup app data change destination folder to desktop and have winrar installed for next part | click next with backup and extract app data click 'ok' and wait for it to display green checkmark displaying that its finished. Click close window and minimize iMazing find file on desktop. Right click it and find open with... select Winrar if you dont see it select choose another app and locate it or click it once file opened go in container folder and then click folders and find games or com.mojang and then find minecraftWorlds Folder and drag to desktop to make backup of worlds once done unplug ios device and uninstall / delete minecraft install it again and sign in to Xbox live and download desired packs etc | to restore worlds click manage apps again and click devices on top section so its not  on library and then delete the imazingfile u saved on your desktop not world backup the imazingfilebackup one and then go on imazing again and right click minecraft on app management etc section and click make a backup again and click next, ok, then right click it on desktop, open with winrar and find the minecraftWorlds folder (notbackup folder) delete it and drag the world backup u made to the place where u delete the other one without worlds and open that folder to check if your worlds are there theyll appear w/ weird names dont worry thats how the game reads it close WinRar and then on iMazing click manage apps and click devices not library and then right click minecraft click restore appdata click choose and locate the iMazing backup u made on desktop and click done and let it restart your ios bc apple disabled access from sandbox/app management temporary way to get around it for now 😞 when its done ur worlds should be their with purchased items! 🙂

I just updated to 1.8.1 and the problem has disappeared for me! I logged in for the first time after the update, and I went to the store. My pack wasn’t downloading until I clicked on download. Then it started downloading very quickly. Then it started importing. Then it was done, the bug it gone for me.

[Mojang] Mega_Spud (Jay)

That's great to hear @unknown. Is anyone else still having the download issue in 1.8.1?

migrated

I've updated to 1.8.1 on the Xbox One and still have the issue.  Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and things in the store just continue to show downloading.

migrated

Yes, I did the new update and I’m still having the same problem.

migrated

Mine is 1.8.1 and there is no available update. Still not working. I am not sure how Catherine Reed could resolve this. Please advise.

migrated

Mine is not working, even on version 1.9.0.5 and i was looking for any resolution to this, i really hope it is fixed very soon. Edit: i just remembered, but when i updated from 1.9.0.3 to this update, things like pandamonium and texture update downloaded, but most are still not downloading, such as inspiration island.

migrated

I didn’t do anything special to fix the bug for myself , I’m sorry that I can’t help you all.

migrated

My purchased maps will not download also. Not sure what to do.

[Mojang] Mega_Spud (Jay)

There has been a fix for this issue made in the latest 1.9 beta, so we'd be very interested to hear whether the issue still persists for beta testers using 1.9.0.5 or higher.

For anyone still experiencing the problem, you might like to try removing any downloaded or cached packs by going to Settings>Storage, and then restarting the download from the Marketplace.

For users in 1.8.x, the most viable workaround for the moment seems to be a complete reinstall of the game - if you attempt this please make sure you are able to make a separate backup copy of any worlds that you wish to keep.

We are hoping the issue will be completely resolved for the full 1.9 release when that is ready (no ETA can be given, sorry!).

Edit:
There is an additional workaround that might help - navigating to the store page where the download was initially started from might help re-trigger the download.

migrated

i dont know if it will work for everyone, but i found if you go to the settings in minecraft and uninstall it and than download it again it works. it worked for me and i hope it can help a few here too.

migrated

I tried the suggested workarounds except the full re-install of Minecraft. Unfortunately these do not work I cannot do any changes in the settings to the package, it just sits there in 'downloading' status.

re a full uninstall - how would I go about that? I would not want to loose all the worlds and settings, is there a way to back these up? I looked into the system folders of the tablet but could not find any. I tried to change the save location to external but still no files.

[Mojang] Mega_Spud (Jay)

A clean install of the game is only really a viable workaround for users on platforms who have access to their save files, usually Windows 10, Android, and iOS with a third party file explorer - please only attempt this if you feel comfortable with editing your device folders.

Backup any data you don't want to lose, then try the following:

  1. Backup your MinecraftWorlds folder (if you want to save your worlds) (Device storage > games > com.mojang > minecraftWorlds)

  2. Uninstall Minecraft

  3. Delete the com.mojang folder (Device storage > games > com.mojang)

  4. Reinstall Minecraft from your App store

  5. Run Minecraft and if it works restore your MinecraftWorlds folder

Will the planned fix in v1.9 be rolled out for iOS too? This issue is affecting my son's v1.8.1 on iOS.

[Mojang] Mega_Spud (Jay)

Yes when the 1.9 full release is ready it will be available on all supported platforms, no ETA can be given at this point though.

migrated

a full reinstall of Minecraft helped to resolve  the issue. I was then able to download the package

moi j'ai encore le problème en 1.8.1 et sa commence a m'énerver .

This should be fixed in the 1.9.0 update.

I’ve downloaded 1.9.0 on an iPad running iOS 12.1.3 and it still didn’t work. I’m hanging trying to download a world purchase. I noted there was an upgrade for iOS 12.1.4 and tried that but same thing... just hangs with “purchase in progress - this shouldn’t take long”

migrated

I've downloaded 1.9.0 running on ipad 10.3.3 (latest ios on old ipad). It results in this same issue where it thinks I cannot connect to the Server. I've rebooted and hit Restore.

[Mojang] Mega_Spud (Jay)

@unknown & @unknown - Could you try clearing your storage of any downloaded/cached packs by going to Settings→Storage to see if that then allows the packs to download correctly?

migrated

Having the same problem on iPad 11.1.1 minecraft V1.9.0, says it's purchased, and then download dialogue but nothing happens.

migrated

Mega_Spud: OK, this is a new screen for me. I see the Settings / Storage and all of the items (141 Worlds, 10 World Templates and 3 Resource Packs). If I un-check the box, it asks if I want to delete them. Are you suggesting that I delete them?  I want to make sure that this is your suggestion.

Amara

[Mojang] Mega_Spud (Jay)

You can select and delete the packs and templates, which can be downloaded again from the marketplace. I don't suggest you download your worlds though.

migrated

Clearing my storage had no effect. It was empty and still got stuck downloading.  I hard-pressed the app to delete it it and reinstalled.  What was interesting is that when I reinstalled it, the app still new my Xbox live account name, and did not ask me to sign in.   That's kind-of-weird – is there some local cached data that is not getting cleared when I delete the app, or is there a different way I'm supposed to delete my app-specific data? Anyway, after the reinstall, I then tried to go to the store to (re-)purchase/download the world I'm having trouble with, but there was no button to purchase, and it wasn't in my list of purchased worlds.   Weird.

Next, thinking my problems might be because Minecraft is somehow caching my xbox live account info somewhere, I first signed out of Xbox live from settings, and then deleted the app.  This time, after re-installing, it had no information on my xbox live account and redirected me to re-authenticate when I hit sign-in.    However, when I was sent back to the app authenticated, I still had the same problem described above where I no longer had the option to purchase worlds with my appleId, so I can't continue to try to reproduce the issue.

I should mention that this is one of my kids ipads and we have been using their own AppleId. This family member is part of my family group in both Apple and Microsoft ecosystems, and within Apple they are set up to make purchases through their AppleId with the workflow that I approve them.  They also download the app through family sharing.

I don't know if any of this is relevant to my original problem of not being able to download a purchased world from the minecraft store, or my new problem of not being able to even attempt to purchase world from the minecraft store, but I thought I would mention it.

This has all worked fine in the past.  It is only recently that this has stopped working with MineCraft.

One more thing to add.  I was from the store able to download worlds listed in my already purchased list, so the act of downloading works.  That being said, I never tested that scenario when I was originally having trouble downloading newly purchased worlds, so maybe that was always working an irrelevant to the my problems.

I will continue to chip away at this as time allows.. Thanks.

migrated

Update on previous comment – I was able to make the "purchase" button appear again in the minecraft store by going to the Apple App store and trying to purchase something else causing me to enter the AppleId credentials.  Then I stopped and restarted Minecraft and the purchase buttons appeared again.  when I click to purhcase, I am then re-asked to authenticate with the AppleId.

Anyway, that all being said, after all the steps I took above, the problem still persists. The app just hangs trying to download this content.

Any next thoughts? Are there any options to upload client-side logs somehow that might help to inform where the problem might be?

migrated

I am also having this problem. Purchased the Super Cute Texture pack on iOS through the Minecraft app. It looks as if is downloading but it continues to be loading with no end in sight. Re-purchases (without it actually charging me again, because it knew we had already made that purchase). Again, it just is an endless downloading message.

migrated

I was having this same problem on my son's iPad and I was eventually able to get the purchase of minecoins to go through.  Here's what I did:

  • Restart Minecraft

  • Go to store

  • Find the purchased item

  • Instead of tapping on the dollar amount button, tap the minecoins button

  • The app says it's already downloaded and will be re-added for free

  • Accept to proceed

  • The download succeeded within a few seconds

Seems like the problem for me was that I was tapping on the dollar amount and it was getting stuck.  Once I tapped the mine coins button it worked correctly.  Hopefully this works for others and is helpful.  Good luck!

Thanks Tron Tronster!  This worked for us.

Experiencing this same issue regularly on my children's 2 Kindle Fire tablets.

migrated

I do not know why but I still have this bug in 1.11.4 😞

migrated

I'm also having this issue and updated to latest Minecraft edition.  I spent $16 on these and my purchase went through but I can't download the kit.  I'm going to try and demand a refund.

migrated

I've run into this problem on iOS with 1.12.0. I purchased a world (directly, no coins) on my child's iPad and it just sits and spins at 'Purchase in progress'. I've tried restarts, uninstalling and reinstalling and it's not changed anything.

I have not tried Tron's suggestion, because I'm definitely not buying any coins at this stage. I made an attempt at requesting a refund via Apple but they rejected it and I'm not sure what options are available except a credit card charge back at this stage.

I submitted a customer support email to Mojang, and was helpfully informed that they are currently dealing with submissions from the 29th of May, so I will presumably get a reply in two months. Sounds great.

Edit: I ended up trying Tron's suggestion, and letting it try and acquire more coins, and, it seems, it got some coins and downloaded the world (yay) without any iOS in-app purchase approval coming up. So I think I'd say it's worked out without me paying twice.

migrated

Maybe this helps somebody: I observed the same problem, until yesterday, on my Nintendo Switch (e.g. for "THE LAST BLOCKMASTER" product): I could not purchase, because the area where the purchase amount was shown only showed the "loading animation". Restart of the game did not help. Today it was loading and I could purchase.

This is also happening to me since I upgraded my iphone to 13.1.1. My previously purchased texture packs cant update since it just freezes once it starts downloading. My iphone is now on 13.1.3 and it still freezes.

migrated

Just updated to Minecraft PE 1.13 and the issue still exists; my previously purchased texture packs that needed upgrading just freezes when trying to download the update

migrated

This is happening to me but for switch and Xbox one. I can download textures and skins but I can't update them

migrated

Just happened to me as well. I had a natural texture pack that suddenly disappeared today. When I tried to get it back, marketplace was trying to charge me for it again. I bought a different texture pack instead and it won’t download. Just spins forever with the popup:
“Checking download
This may take a few moments”

migrated

I cannot update any texture pack or world on my switch only buy, what is going on?

migrated

Same on iOS. Two kids, different iPads, neither can download the Frozen pack. It confirms that the purchase has been made and the pack will be downloaded free of charge, and then it is stuck on “Purchase in Progress. This shouldn’t take long”

  • Deleted and tried redownloading packs from settings>Storage. No joy, frozen doesn’t even show up there.

  • Deleted and reinstalled Minecraft. Did not fix it.

  • Performed a hard reset. Nada.

I’m also experiencing this issue on v1.13.1 on Nintendo switch. My 7 year old daughter is not impressed. Mash ups & previous purchases work but won’t update on marketplace and now latest texture pack purchase (hattoricraft - purchased 30.11.2019) won’t download, keeps saying not enough space on device - 205MB. Have checked switch & there’s over 60gb of space on it.

My son is experiencing a similar issue. I opened a ticket MCPE-57453 about our problems.

We are on iPodTouch with plenty of storage and 1.31.3 PE. We successfully purchased Extreme Skyblock and Classic Skyblock. It looks like they download, but never do after hours of waiting. Restarting the iPod doesn't help.

I've tried contacting MS CS to get our money back and have heard nothing back.

I literally made an account just to talk about this, my downloads haven’t been downloading for half a year, and nothing I’ve tried did anything.

migrated

Since I can’t edit comments, it’s happening at 1.13.1

migrated

It's been about a week and I haven't heard back from MS CS so I contacted our credit card company. They are disputing the charge with Apple.

Quick update with some feedback from the developers:

  • We have a bug where the download progress indicator doesn't update unless you scroll down or refresh the screen. This may make it appear that the download isn't happening but once it is done, the toast notification fires that the download is complete and buttons change to 'Create this world'.

  • Sometimes the Marketplace doesn't load in very quickly, which can make it seem like nothing is working or going to show up - sometimes waiting a few minutes for everything to load in will help here.

If you are still having issues please feel free to add more information about your problem here.

If you are still having issues with your account specifically though, please get in touch with Mojang Customer Support directly, who will be able to advise you further.

We tried again after seeing the developer comments. There is a scroll bar before the download starts. Once the download starts, the scrollbar disappears. This work around doesn't solve our problem on the iPodTouch. The progress indicator doesn't update for hours or at all after hours of waiting.

Its Dec 27, 2019  on a PS4 with Bedrock and I am having an identical issue to what I see in the OPs screenshots.
I purchase content and it will not download. (I'm new here and I hope I'm doing this right after reading instructions about posting bugs)
Its not just the loading bar that is broke.  I get error messages saying I can't download because I do not have enough space and I have plenty of space.
I ended up deleting a bunch of saves, and ruined a bunch of my worlds so I just got rid of all but a couple, I dropped some of my texture packs and even my mashup packs and it STILL gives me errors that I don't have enough space to download my purchased content.

I'm frustrated, but trying to be patient.  I WILL get all this content and the updates I have purchased eventually, right?

migrated

Barbara,
I’ve been having the same issue since Nov But on Nintendo switch bedrock, on v1.13 & now v1.14.1. Since the developers previous update I contacted Minecraft customer support on 21 Dec 2019. So far the only response I’ve had from them is an acknowledgement to say they’re busy & willl get back to me soon. The developer updates on haven’t helped much on here so far.

migrated

I have it fixed!   I uninstalled everything, in a fit of desperation.  Whatever errors there were went away when I reinstalled.   I lost some user created worlds, but I can make new worlds and I can now download my texture packs ect.  All is well with the minecraft world.

Thank you for all the help!

My free games won't download look at it please

Its your PHONE or your MINECRAFT doing that ive experienced that on android alot and mobile it mostly happends on mobile

[Mojang] Mega_Spud (Jay)

We weren't able to reproduce the issue exactly as described originally here in the latest version, but as mentioned earlier, we are working on a problem with the progress bar not updating, but the download is working still. In this case, please try going back and forward through the Marketplace pages, which can sometime enable the progress bar to update. Waiting for the download to complete in the background is another possibility.

If you are still having issues, please make sure that you have sufficient space available on your device - sometimes clearing up (deleting) old worlds, or clearing out your cached data by going to Minecraft>Settings>Storage can help.

If all else fails you might like to carry out a clean installation of the game, but please make sure you have backed up any data you don't wish to lose first.

  1. Backup your MinecraftWorlds folder (if you want to save your worlds) (Device storage > games > com.mojang > minecraftWorlds)

  2. Uninstall Minecraft

  3. Delete the com.mojang folder (Device storage > games > com.mojang)

  4. Reinstall Minecraft

  5. Run Minecraft and if it works restore your MinecraftWorlds folder

Sometimes a clean install of the game will help with these kind of issues.

Tron Tronster’s comment is what resolved our issue. Thank you, Tron Tronster!!!

migrated

I tested and agree with Yvette Ling's comment about Tron Tronster's suggestion to tap on Minecoins to start the download after you purchase it with a credit card. I need to check to see if this is truly a "free" workaround or if Minecoins are being used in addition to the credit card purchase.

Purchasing Minecoins sends me down the same problematic path: Apple charging me for coins that never download. Now I need to call my credit card company again to ask for a credit (that actually works a lot better than contacting Microsoft support which answered me after 8 weeks and didn't address my problem rather told me to contact Apple).

Here's an unrelated issue. I tried redeeming XBOX Live gift cards to purchase Minecoins for the iPodTouch and unfortunately Minecoins are only for sale on the PC and Console versions. Huge bummer for my son as his favorite version is on his iPodTouch.

migrated

is this ever going to get fixed!!!!!! had this problem ever since PS4 updated to bedrock, I had been able to fix it most times by deleting the packs and restarting ps4, it seems that it only allows around 2.5gb of storage for packs and saves, if a download is started that goes over this it freezes, then nothing else can be downloaded, deleting some worlds and the stuck pack usually allows it to restart, but now the busy bees has become stuck on my ps4 but the back is not shown in storage so I am unable to delete it, even removing all data doesn't solve it!!!! my son suffers ADHD/Autism and doesn't understand I cant fix it so it is causing me an absolute headache as his whole world revolves around Minecraft and creating worlds (a coping mechanism) why cant this and the out of storage issue be resolved?????? its obvious its a big problem due to the amount of comments, I am 90% the two separate bugs that constantly get reported and dismissed are linked, and a catch 22, download gets stuck because the app thinks space is running out, new download wont start because old download is stuck also making app think there is no space, then that download gets stuck, obviously most the other fixes people post for windows / android don't work on PS4 because there is no access to the file system so you cant physically do it!!!!

Hey dude, I have this problem currently, you can look it up if your curious. “Mashup packs not updating mcpe 83593”. Anyway I was wondering if you ever got that problem fixed?

Should I give up? Lmao

I managed to fix it by following one of the workarounds previously suggested:

  1. deleted/uninstalled any packs/worlds which weren’t updating or downloadIng.

  2. download/reinstall the packs/worlds from the marketplace.

  3. update as required once downloaded/reinstalled.

I tried this one the first couple one at a time & it worked, then I downloaded the lot & they all updated.

I am having this problem as well.

Several packs were being updated (Skyrim, Mass Effect, Nuclear Craft Mashups. Fantasy Texture Pack, and few other Miscellaneous packs) and I can't cancel the updates and deleting the packs does not fix it.

Only thing I can do is delete Minecraft (for the 23rd time BTW) and HOPE that the bug doesn't happen again.

Also this bug has been around since Bedrock came out! How the **** has this bug not been fixed yet?!!!!!!!!!!

Hi all, this is still an issue. I’ve been having this problem on Xbox for months. Definitely not resolved.
I’m thinking we need to start a new ticket. @mojang.com

There is no way that this is resolved. I have had this issue since before 1.14 I think. I also can't delete and reinstall due to how my system is set up.

I am also having issues with the marketplace, though at first it was with UPDATING an item I bought from the marketplace. I thought the solution was to uninstall the item then redownload it, but now I just plain CAN'T REDOWNLOAD IT ANYMORE. Like what the duck?! What the smeg is going on here?!

Why is this marked resolved? I’ve had this problem for over a year. Any search including mobile devices are linked here and marked as resolved.

When trying to download any marketplace world that I own, it freezes after I select “download.” I have to force close Minecraft app and it never downloads the world. 131 worlds of which many are Realms Plus because I have 2 subscriptions, and I can’t play any. It even the ones I paid real money for.

This is not resolved.

iPad Mini 4
iOS 14.7.1
Realms Plus Subscriber: one 10-player realm and one 2-player realm.

I too am having this exact issue... NONE of my minecraft marketplace content will install... just stays stuck at 0%...

To reproduce: while the install progress bar is showing at 1 of 2 press B to select next item in queue causes the previous to get stuck...

This is still an ongoing issue. I already uninstalled the game once yesterday to solve this issue but now 24 hours later content won't download again. I don't want to have to uninstall and reinstall the game each time I want to download something.

I'm having the same problem. It's content I purchased and it has said it is downloading for days.  No way to stop or restart the download.  I really don't want to reinstall the game for it to maybe work this time.

I’m having the same issue as well on bedrock, none of my 28 textures or mashups will download I’ve deleted and reinstalled Minecraft numerous times to no avail. One time it worked for a short time until the pack needed an update and then it went right back to not working. It downloads halfway then freezes when it starts importing. This has been going on probably a year or two now.

I have a problem with downloading my texture pack and don't know how to fix it. I go to download the pack and it says that I don't have enough storage in my ps4. First off, I am on the ps5. Second, I have plenty of storage to being will so how do I not have enough room? Third, I don't understand why it uninstalls the texture after downloading it the first time. I should have to re-download the texture pack because I never got rid of it. I would like to use my texture pack that I paid for.
