I purchased a template called Luxury Life. I have tried multiple times to get it to download and it still will not work. I have shut off the iPad. I have also done a hard reboot on the iPad. Nothing has worked. Every time I go back into the game, it has me go through the purchasing process only to say it has been purchased and will be restored. Then it gets stuck on the purchase downloading screen and to please wait. It never downloads. Please help get it loaded or I would like a refund. Thank you.
