I tried to buy minecoins today on my one child's iPad, I have tried it many different ways, and always get the error, "Sorry, we were unable to complete your purchase. Maybe check your internet connection?"
This iPad is still able to do other things that require internet, including joining a Minecraft Realm.
On a different child's iPad, I WAS able to buy minecoins today (and never saw this error). The failing iPad failed both before and after this successful purchase. Both iPads are the same model (iPad mini 4), running the same versions of iOS and Minecraft.

Hi, I just wondered if you resolved this - have been trying to sort the same issue for 3 days and getting nowhere. Reluctantly changed his age to 9 to try that but no change, added cash to his family account but no difference. hoping you might be able to advise how you fixed this error?

I am struggling with this and there is no help on mojang - what can I do!?
One more thing in case it's relevant: I have bought minecoins successfully for this child's account in the past. And the account where it succeeded belongs to a 9-year-old; the failing account belongs to a 7-year-old.
