Evertime I open up the world interface whether its ingame or on the menu. The game crashes. I have rebooted my machine. Don't know if its because I have so many copies of worlds. But I can't copy/delete worlds because the game freezes and crashes.

Do you have any packs applied, and does removing them from Settings→Storage make a difference?
Also, you might like to take a backup of your worlds and reinstall the game:
Have you tried a full reinstall of the game?
Backup any data you don't want to lose, then try the following:
Backup your MinecraftWorlds folder (if you want to save your worlds) (Device storage > games > com.mojang > minecraftWorlds)
Uninstall Minecraft
Delete the com.mojang folder (%localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang)
Reinstall Minecraft
Run Minecraft and if it works restore your MinecraftWorlds folder
Sometimes a clean install of the game will help with these kind of issues.
