Balloons, one of the most playful thing in real life and in Minecraft, but there is a bug that ballons are not working right.
Mobs don't float away with balloons
Misplacement of ballons followed with mobs
Fence posts and balloons are misplaced, followed by misplacement of balloons of mobs and no floating away.
