If the UI Screen Reader is enabled, each touch input needs to be a double tap (this allows for one touch to hear the option, and another to change it.)

This bug is fixed in the latest beta version, and the fix will be included in a future update when that is ready for full release (no specific date can be given). We will leave this ticket open as a point of reference until the fix has been fully released.
I'm seeing the same issue as well with 1.11.0.9 beta, though I get a buggy confirmation box to leave it on or turn it off which I have to tap multiple times for it to go away and it comes up every time. On a Samsung Galaxy note 8 running 8.0.0 and I confirmed that no accessability options are turned on on my phone.
