Username error?

I noticed after i created my mojang account for realms (by merging my minecraft account with it) I was prompted to choose a new username or use my minecraft pc username so i typed in Msandx. then it went to another screen and it showed that my username was Msandx so i dropped into my singleplayer world to see if it would show when i typed in game with the chat but instead of my username it said Msandx%20 I was wondering if this is because it is still in beta or if its a bug but the mojang page said earlier that it worked and my username was Msandx but when i go to options it now also says Msandx%20 which is not what I entered for my username Im hoping its just a bug or something to do with beta so that won't be my permanent name. EDIT: i was informed %20 is the equivalent of a space and now i am stuck with that for no reason.......RESOLVED...?
