[MCPE-43346] Refund Request for Bugged Texturepack

I have made a post almost 3 weeks ago regarding a texturpack that you are selling for $6 which has horrendous visual glitches on multiple platforms. I have confirmed this glitch is present on Xbox one, Nintendo switch, and windows 10 versions of the game. This glitch makes it impossible to play the game as intended in either creative or survival. No one seemed interested in helping fix the problem so I want a refund for a product that does not function as advertised. This site is only for bug reports, so this is not the place to request a refund (the place of purchase is the only place you can get help with refunds), however all minecoin purchases are final, from Mojang Refunds Policy

It’s not an issue of making unauthorized purchase. This particular item for sale in the store does not work and breakes the game when in use. I wouldn’t need a refund if you would just fix the issue! I’ve had a ticket open for 3 weeks and no one has said shit about fixing the issue, yet within minutes of making this post you you come out of the wood work to tell me how I’m wrong and to just get over paying for a defective product.
